* It should be exactly 940px by 110px with clear space for the Espresso Melbourne logo
* Files need to be 80kb (roughly) or less
* The banner name should include your name eg: Gyros-Souvlaki.jpg
* We like jpegs or pngs, a lot!
* Your name and website address would be handy so we can credit you
