St Ali and Jura have teamed up to run a limited number of free coffee masterclasses throughout December.
Hosted by Salvatore Malatesta from St Ali and Adam D’Sylva from CODA restaurant, these events will focus on topics such as specialty coffee, roasting, storing and pairing coffee with food. Salvatore has also created three secret blends available at the master class or with Jura ENA Micro 1 machines.
The four Jura secret blend masterclasses will be held on:
- Saturday 1 December at St Ali in South Melbourne at 10.30am
- Saturday 8 December at St Ali in South Melbourne at 10.30am
- Saturday 15 December at The Grounds Roasting Room in Sydney at 10.30am
- Saturday 22 December at The Grounds Roasting Room in Sydney at 10.30am
